Device Identifier
- A random, anonymous device ID is generated for community features (likes, views)
- This ID is NOT linked to your personal identity
- It cannot be used to identify you personally
Crash Reports & Analytics (Firebase)
- App crash logs and error reports
- Basic usage analytics (app opens, feature usage)
- Device type and iOS version
- This data is anonymous and used solely to improve app stability
1.3 User-Provided Information
Scan Images
- Images you scan are processed by AI to identify objects
- Images are NOT stored on our servers unless you choose to share them
- Local scan history is stored only on your device
Community Sharing (Optional)
- If you share a scan to the community, the following becomes PUBLIC:
- Your chosen display name (username)
- The scanned image
- AI-generated identification and description
- Any tags or location name you add
- This information is visible to all users and website visitors

Community-shared content is stored on:
- Supabase (database) — hosted in Singapore (ap-southeast-1)
- Cloudflare R2 (images) — globally distributed CDN
These services employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

We actively moderate and remove:

- Violent or graphic content
- Hate speech or harassment
